Cooking Method

The Parathas: Keep in room temperature for 15 min then put it on a heated tawa. Apply oil or ghee as per your choice and let it cook like you do for a normal paratha.

Puris: Keep in room temperature for 15 min and deep fry like a normal puri.

Malavani Vade: Keep in room temperature for 15 min and deep fry on medium heat

SABUDANA VADA IS DELICATE TO BE MICROWAVED ONLY FOR 30 SECS, TAKE OUT FROM THE MICROWAVE PRESS IT SLIGHTLY IN BETWEEN YOUR PALMS BEFORE DEEP OR PAN FRYING

Wraps: These should be microwaved with the butter paper for 1 minute for 2 pcs at a time. Remove the butter paper and put in a non-stick pan and toss in medium flame with little oil sprayed. You will see the colour changing of the wrap. Keep tossing and let it cook till it turns nice golden brown. You can also Air Fry

Samosa: To be heated in a microwave for 30 sec (1samosa for 30 sec. Increase the time as per the number of samosas kept in a microwave) and then fry in very less heated oil (gas in slow flame). After microwaving you can also enjoy oil free Air Fried Samosa

All Chutney: - Thaw for 10 mins. Dilute it according to your preference if required and add tadka as required.

All Dips and Salsa: Thaw them for 10-15 minutes, stir with a spoon and they are ready for consumption

Sauces- Thai Green & Manchurian: Microwave for 4-5 minutes in the same container after removing the lid.  Sauté vegetables of your choice, pour the sauce, mix properly and enjoy with rice, noodle, pasta etc.

 

*All products to be properly stored in deep freezer

 

* Paratha and Puri to be kept properly sealed or else can lead to cracking

 

Shelf life for all frozen items including sauces is 3 months, if stored well in the freezer
